good now you have to do the summoning jutsu

by slamming your hand on the ground an converting chakra into your hand

*slams his hand into the ground, open-palmed and focuses his chakra into his hand while visualizing the dragon he intends to summon*

*sees a baby dragon appear*

great but nothing less to expect from a kage

*grins* you think that what you see is reality....that is your biggest downfall....*taps arashi on the shoulder* release! *releases arashi from the genjutsu he placed upon him into making him think he summoned a mere baby dragon*
